Food Preservation Workshop Series
Food preservation has made a comeback! Learn how to safely and easily can and freeze your fruits, vegetables, soups, stews, and meats at home for year-round goodness. Pressure canner gauge testing will also be offered on-site following the programs. (There will be a $5 charge for this service)
Anyone who wants more information about water bath or pressure canning, freezing, making jellies and jams can participate. Attendance is limited to 20 people.
The first class of this series provides an in-depth look at water bath and pressure canning.
