Food Preservation Workshop Series
Food Preservation has made a comeback! Learn how to safely and easily can and freeze your fruits, vegetables, soups, stews and meats at home for year-round goodness.
Pressure canner gauge testing will also be offered on-site following the programs. (There is a $5.00 charge for this service)
Anyone who wants more information about water bath or pressure canning, freezing, making jellies and jams can participate. Attendance is limited to 20 people.
This class provides an in-depth look at freezing fuits and vegetables.
