Join us for an engaging and enriching experience tailored specifically for individuals entering late adulthood! Now is the time to start thinking about your future so that you can live it to the fullest.
This special, no-cost event offers a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge, try new experiences, and walk away with an OSU bag full of exciting prizes. Thank you Kings Daughters Medical Center and OSU Extension, breakfast and lunch provided with event registration.

Breakout Sessions
Participants will attend breakout sessions that are most exciting to them! Room size and schedule permitting, you can choose up to three sessions from the list below to attend during the scheduled session. Session will be finalized closer to event date.

- The Importance of Movement: Demonstrations of Tai Chi, Matter Of Balance, and Bingocize
- Planning for Peace of Mind: Estate Planning and Advanced Directives
- AAA7: Helping You Age Better: Review of resources available

In addition to engaging sessions, the Live Well, Age Well… Starting Now! Event will provide participants the opportunity to meet with some great area organizations. Come learn about local organizations to begin volunteering, register for additional events, or learn more about valuable resources in the southern Ohio area. See participating organizations below.
