Ohio SNAP-Ed has been working on an exciting addition to their ‘Celebrate Your Plate’ website.  Celebrateyourplate.org has budget friendly, healthy recipes, a variety of cooking and gardening tips, and now a series of short kitchen safety videos.  These two-minutes-or-less videos cover topics like kitchen knife safety, safe food storage guidelines and tips to avoid cross-contamination.
